A follow up podcast to my recent post.
Michael and I have recently started the NHS Couch to 5K running programme, both as a way to lose a few pounds and to make us feel fitter. We are not suggesting for a minute that everyone should go out and start running, but as we are both in our 60’s and want to stay as healthy as we can in the years going forward, we know it is important to keep moving to help keep our muscles strong.
The podcast is a very lighthearted insight into our efforts and as always we have some fun along the way.
We will let you know how we are getting on as the weeks go by, hopefully we will make it to the end of the nine weeks still smiling!.
