That's very kind of you, Peggy, thank you! I don't think any of us like the sound of our own voice so I'm over the moon you think I am 'listenable'. Thank you.x

That is so very kind of you Meryl, thank you. I don't think anyone likes their own voice when they hear it so if you think I have dulcet tones I'm over the moon! Thank you so much, I really appreciate you taking the time to leave a comment. x

Brava to you for having the courage to release this. You help other women so much by taking up your courage and addressing us. That encourages others to speak out, too. And look at that! I just noticed that "courage" in in the word "encourage." We need to enCOURAGE each other.

To one of your points about drinking wine, I noticed how I ran out of energy and couldn't do another thing after a glass. Giving up alcohol has been a game changer for me.

Also, please don't apologize for stuttering, repeating, or anything like that. (You'll hardly ever hear a man do that.) You're a human being, perfectly imperfect. I liked how you said you've been acquainted with imperfection for a long time, so we may as well accept it.

Oh thank you so much Ilona, I love the thought of enCOURAGE, what a great idea! I can honestly say your encouragement is very much appreciated and I am so grateful to you for listening all the way to the end. I shall take on board your sage advice and will never apologise again for being less than perfect! Thank you. x

I loved listening to this! The last pillar, Balance, is where I have to discipline myself. I have a workaholic personality and find it hard to step off my self imposed treadmill. Thank you for a most enjoyable podcast. It was like listening to a lovely friend

What a lovely comment, Lily, thank you so much, that really means a lot. I too struggle with balance and tend to throw myself into things headlong without taking a break. I am learning to regulate myself a bit better which I find is actually making me more productive than working flat out. Thanks again, Lily, you are very kind.
